North Carolina Paraplegia Association

The generosity and availability of The North Carolina Paraplegia Association will be beneficial to potential Rowan-Cabarrus Community College students, who are physically disabled, as they seek to further their education and significantly change their lives through the power of learning. Full-time and part-time students who have a physical disability and are enrolled at Rowan-Cabarrus, live in Rowan or Cabarrus Counties and demonstrate financial need are eligible to apply for this scholarship award.
